I got 5 estimates for this job. Only the man from Sani, brought out more than a flashlight. This man was HONEST, thorough and pleasant to talk to. The price was the 4th out of 5 so only one other company beat them, but the other company wanted to fill my house with fumes. I have pets, so NO WAY. Scheduling was easy.

Contacted a total of 6 exterminators to bid on my project. One did not return my call, two did not provide a written proposal as promised even after I made follow up calls, two were way over my budget and tried to up sell products and services I did not want. Sani Products won the bid due to their prompt response to my calls and emails, were very easy to schedule and work with, provided the lowest bid, and displayed outstanding customer service. From Bob, the owner, all the way through the company, everyone was very helpful, courteous and took the time and care to answer my questions (repeatedly). I will use this company again for any further pest control needs and will recommend them to my friends. Very satisfied!

I would like to tell you that I found Jim Mueller to be extremely professional during his pest inspection of my soon-to-be home yesterday. In fact, he is the reason I requested a quote from your company for routine pest control. What a great guy.

The inspection rep was punctual, his review of the premises was thorough, he was courteous and he asked and answered questions. The techs performing the work were punctual and thorough.
